Kinesso Japan Inc (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) is a digital marketing agency. 

We provide targeted advertising services to our clients by combining technology, data, inventory and strategy. Using information about consumers and their online behavior, we reach audiences likely to be interested in our clients’ products and services and deliver relevant, targeted advertising with ease. 

All persons involved in the Company’s business will handle personal information as follows:

Regarding the acquisition, use, and provision of personal information, we will clearly define the purpose of use, handle it through lawful and fair means, and refrain from using it for purposes other than business objectives. Additionally, we will implement measures to ensure it is not used for any non-business-related purposes.
  2. We will take reasonable safety measures, both technically and organizationally, to address risks such as the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. In the event of an issue concerning the proper management of personal information, we will promptly implement corrective, preventive, and recurrence prevention measures.
  3. We will comply with laws and regulations, government-issued guidelines, and other norms related to personal information.
  4. We regularly educate all executives and employees on the personal information protection policy to ensure understanding and compliance with the management system for personal information protection. Additionally, we continuously review and improve the management system.
  5. We will sincerely respond to complaints and inquiries regarding personal information.

■ Purpose of Use of Personal Information:

2. Other tasks entrusted by our clients
3. Operations such as marketing surveys planned, operated, and conducted by the Company

The company does not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

In such cases, a confidentiality agreement regarding the handling of personal information is established with the outsourcing party, and appropriate supervision is conducted.

If a person requests us to disclose, correct, or delete his/her own personal information or records provided to third parties, we will respond to the request within a reasonable period and scope after confirming the identity of the person who made the request.
